Tender management

This 7-step call for tender process that we offer allows you to maintain a clear audit trail until the award of contracts, by integrating your company’s purchasing rules:

     

    1. Preparation for the launch of the bids with the Client and its evaluation criteria;
    2. Validation of the list of candidates, the work schedule and documentation;
    3. Planning the tender phase, with the cycle of rounds included;

Damage to works management

The Works Damage Guarantee (WDG) visible or not upon receipt of your work.

     

    1. Assistance to Construction Project Management for handling the WDG file within (5) working days of the disaster;
    2. Inventory establishes defects which affect the solidity of the work and make it uninhabitable or unfit for the use for which it is intended;
    3. Administrative management of the file with the insurer and operational monitoring with the expert;
